condition of book not acceptable as advertised it was in poor condition

the book itself and what it covers is good--- my problem:
This book is not of acceptable condition it is in poor condition!!!!!~!! LOTS OF charcoal/graphite dirtying up 1/4 of the pages and even some red-orange stain spots. This combined with the ware on the cover and heavy ware on the first 33 pages(dirty pages go beyond the first 33 pages) makes this book condition poor.

A timeless investigation of the human body

A remarkable text for students of anatomy. The text is male-centric but in the context of its author and original publication date this is entirely understandable. In conjunction with the ethnographic section in the rear of the volume, the book may prove useful to Art Historians studying gender and race in Art. The illustrations explain the volume and structure of the human body very well. This book is still relevant half a century after its publication due to the high quality of the illustrations and the text. This book would be useful to artists, anatomists, students of fore mentions subjects, forensic illustrators and investigators, and belaguered students of medicine looking for another way to process anatomical information.

Some really great stuff and pretty pointless stuff in here. Hilariously outdated terminology on races in the back. Overall, quite good, and was really great for my anatomy/life drawing class. Would probably use in conjunction with other books, not alone.
